Staging a home can be quite simple or somewhat more involved depending on the number of items that are buyer repellent! You don’t have to be the bad guy, place a qualified decorator (staging person), in the mix and let them give the seller the plan cost etc.., first it leaves the direction in the hands of someone who does that for a living and secondly gets you out of the mix other than the responsibility of the referral of that expert!
